Self-Exclusion Programme
Self-exclusion is the process by which a player voluntarily requests that their access to the nbaze platform be suspended for an extended period. Unlike a cool-off period, self-exclusion carries additional protections designed to make it difficult to reverse impulsively.
How to activate self-exclusion on nbaze:
- Log in to your nbaze account and navigate to Account Settings → Responsible Gaming.
- Select "Self-Exclusion" and choose your preferred exclusion duration: 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, 5 years, or permanent.
- Confirm your selection. Your account will be suspended immediately upon confirmation.
- Alternatively, contact our 24/7 live chat support or email [email protected] and our team will process the exclusion on your behalf within 1 hour.
What happens during self-exclusion:
- Your account is immediately locked for real-money deposits, betting, and casino play.
- All promotional emails, SMS messages, and push notifications are suspended for the duration of your exclusion.
- Any pending withdrawals will be processed and paid out to your nominated payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) within the standard processing window.
- Your self-exclusion record is retained indefinitely. If you attempt to re-register a new account during your exclusion period, our system will identify the attempt and block the new account.
- Remaining bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be voided.
Requesting early reinstatement: A self-exclusion cannot be reversed before its minimum period has expired. Following the expiry of the minimum period, reinstatement requires a mandatory 7-day reflection period and a direct confirmation via live chat with our responsible gaming team. - Multiple limit tiers (daily + weekly, for example) can be active simultaneously. The most restrictive applicable limit always takes precedence.
Loss Limit Rules:
- Loss limits cap your net losses (total bets placed minus total winnings received) within the chosen period.
- When your loss limit is reached, real-money gaming is paused for the remainder of that period. You will receive a clear on-screen notification when you are approaching 80% and 100% of your loss limit.
- Loss limits follow the same reduction (immediate) and increase (24-hour delay) rules as deposit limits.
