For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below. Where the context permits, references to the singular include the plural and vice versa.

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on nbaze, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter during which your account remains active:

• You are at least 18 years of age. nbaze does not accept registrations from any individual under the age of 18, regardless of the legal gambling age in any other jurisdiction.
• You are accessing nbaze as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent, representative, or nominee for any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of nbaze, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You do not hold more than one active account on the nbaze platform. Multiple accounts per player are strictly prohibited.
• You have not previously been self-excluded, suspended, or permanently banned from the nbaze platform.
• You are using funds that belong to you lawfully and are not derived from criminal activity or any illegal source.
• You are participating in gaming and betting for recreational purposes and understand that winnings are not guaranteed.

nbaze reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where satisfactory proof of age cannot be provided. Winnings accumulated during any period in which an account holder is found to be under 18 years of age will be forfeited and returned to the original deposit payment method where technically possible.

By registering on nbaze, you represent and warrant that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current. Any material misrepresentation — including false date of birth, false identity, or false payment method ownership — is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held in the account at the time of closure.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the nbaze platform. Creating duplicate, secondary, or shared accounts is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed, with any balances forfeited.

During registration, you will be required to provide the following information accurately and in full:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document.
• Date of birth (day, month, year) confirming you are 18 years of age or older.
• A valid, active email address that you own and regularly access.
• A valid Bangladeshi mobile number associated with your registered mobile financial service account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) or your bank account.
• A secure password of your choosing. nbaze recommends a minimum of 12 characters combining uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. nbaze will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must contact nbaze support immediately via live chat and change your password without delay. nbaze is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

KYC Verification: Prior to processing your first withdrawal, nbaze will initiate a KYC identity verification process. You will be required to submit a clear copy of a government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and confirmation of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of a withdrawal request will result in the request being cancelled and the funds returned to the account balance. KYC documents are processed securely in accordance with nbaze's Privacy Policy.

Account Updates: You are responsible for keeping your account information current. If any registered details change — including your mobile number or email address — you must update them in account settings promptly. nbaze is not liable for service disruptions arising from outdated account information.

nbaze supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All payment methods must be registered in the same name as the nbaze account holder. Third-party payments — deposits or withdrawals made using an account registered to another person — are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.

Deposits:

• Minimum single deposit: ৳100.
• Mobile wallet deposits (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to your nbaze balance within seconds of successful transaction confirmation.
• Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within 30 minutes during business hours. Transfers initiated outside standard banking hours may take longer to process.
• nbaze does not charge a deposit fee. Any transaction fees charged by your payment provider are your responsibility and are not reimbursed by nbaze.
• nbaze reserves the right to request evidence of the source of deposited funds for any transaction deemed unusual in volume or frequency.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum single withdrawal: ৳500.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being completed.
• Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically completed within 30 minutes of confirmation by nbaze's payments team.
• Bank transfer withdrawals are processed on the same business day if requested before 3:00 PM Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). Requests made after this time will be processed on the following business day.
• nbaze reserves the right to impose additional verification steps for withdrawal requests that exceed ৳50,000 in a single transaction or ৳100,000 within a rolling 7-day period.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to wagering requirement completion. Any withdrawal request made before applicable wagering requirements are met will result in the forfeiture of the associated bonus credits and any bonus-derived winnings.

Chargebacks and Disputed Transactions: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your payment provider in respect of a deposit made to nbaze constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. nbaze will suspend the account immediately upon notice of any chargeback and will seek recovery of the disputed amount plus any associated administrative costs. If a chargeback is found to be fraudulent, nbaze reserves the right to pursue the matter through appropriate legal channels.

nbaze offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and VIP tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered. The general conditions set out in this section apply to all promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual promotion's terms.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus credits are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple will be stated in the individual promotion terms. Unless specified otherwise, bonus credits must be wagered a minimum of 20x the bonus amount on qualifying games before withdrawal eligibility is granted.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots, and sports betting markets may carry different contribution percentages. The eligible game list and contribution rates will be specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Expiry: Bonus credits that are not used within 30 calendar days of being credited to your account will expire automatically and be removed from your balance without replacement.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus offer may be active in a Player's account at any given time. Accepting a new bonus before completing the wagering requirements of an existing bonus will result in the existing bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
• Abuse Prevention: nbaze employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse. Strategies that nbaze determines to constitute abuse — including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage wagering, or systematic low-risk betting to meet wagering requirements — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account suspension.
• nbaze's Discretion: nbaze reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses are offered at nbaze's sole discretion and their availability is not guaranteed.

The nbaze VIP Programme operates under a separate set of tier-specific terms. VIP benefits — including cashback rates, withdrawal limit increases, and dedicated account manager access — are determined by your active VIP tier at the time of the relevant activity and are subject to change with reasonable notice.

All games and betting markets available on nbaze are operated in accordance with the rules published by the respective game studio or sports data provider. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the specific rules of each game or market before participating.

Sports Betting: All sports bets placed on nbaze are settled in accordance with the official result issued by the governing body of the relevant competition — for example, the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) for BPL fixtures, the International Cricket Council (ICC) for T20 World Cup and Test matches, and FIFA for international football fixtures. In the event of result disputes, the official governing body's ruling is final. nbaze reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: system errors that produced incorrect odds; premature market settlement; events cancelled or abandoned without a qualifying result; or evidence of match manipulation. Voided bets are returned to the Player's account balance as cash.

Live In-Play Betting: Bets placed on live in-play markets are accepted at nbaze's discretion. nbaze may suspend in-play markets at any time. Any bet submitted during a suspension period will not be accepted. The latency inherent in live streaming means that a Player's view of an event may lag behind real-time action by several seconds; nbaze does not accept responsibility for bets placed based on information that was already determined at the time of bet placement.

Casino Games: All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or live dealer procedures operated by the supplying studio. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-run statistical averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session. nbaze does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to influence the results of games supplied by third-party studios.

Maximum Winnings: nbaze reserves the right to apply a maximum single-event payout cap across sports betting and casino games. Applicable limits will be communicated within the specific game or market interface. Winnings that exceed the stated cap will be paid at the cap amount; the excess will not be credited.

Technical Errors: In the event of a technical malfunction that affects a game or bet outcome, nbaze will investigate and apply one of the following remedies at its discretion: voiding the affected round and refunding the stake; honouring the outcome if the error did not affect the integrity of the result; or applying an alternative fair resolution communicated to the Player. nbaze is not liable for losses arising from technical errors attributable to the Player's own device or internet connection.

nbaze is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its entire player base. The following tools are available to all registered Players from within their account settings at no cost and with immediate effect upon activation:

• Deposit Limits: Set a maximum deposit amount per day, per week, or per month. Limits take effect immediately upon setting. Increasing a deposit limit is subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before the higher limit becomes active.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous session duration. Upon reaching your set limit, nbaze will display a notification and may log you out automatically.
• Reality Check Reminders: Configure regular on-screen reminders that display your session duration and net win/loss position at set intervals during play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily deactivate your account for a set period between 24 hours and 6 weeks. Your account will reactivate automatically at the end of the cooling-off period. During a cooling-off period, you will not receive any marketing communications from nbaze.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your nbaze account. Self-exclusion is irreversible. nbaze will make every reasonable effort to prevent the creation of new accounts by self-excluded Players. Self-excluded Players will be removed from all marketing lists immediately.

nbaze staff are trained to identify and respond to signs of problem gambling behaviour. If our team identifies patterns consistent with problem gambling in your account activity, we may proactively contact you to offer responsible gaming support or apply temporary protective limits while we do so. This is not a punitive measure — it is a genuine commitment to Player welfare.

nbaze reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a Player's account, and to withhold or forfeit any balance held therein, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including the provision of false registration information or the creation of multiple accounts.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified time frame following a withdrawal request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal activity involving the Player's account.
• Initiation of a chargeback or payment dispute in connection with any deposit made to nbaze.
• Evidence of bonus abuse, matched betting strategies, or systematic exploitation of promotional offers.
• Behaviour by the Player toward nbaze staff that is abusive, threatening, or otherwise unacceptable.
• Access to nbaze from a Prohibited Territory or evidence that the Player is acting as a proxy for a person in a Prohibited Territory.

Where an account is suspended for investigation purposes, nbaze will aim to complete its investigation and communicate an outcome to the Player within 14 business days. During a suspension, the Player will not be able to access their account, place bets, deposit, or withdraw funds. If the investigation concludes in the Player's favour, the account will be reinstated and any accumulated balance will be preserved in full.

Where an account is permanently closed by nbaze due to a breach of these terms, any balance held in the account that represents genuine deposits (i.e., funds not derived from bonuses or funds that are not subject to active investigation) may be returned to the Player's registered payment method at nbaze's discretion, net of any outstanding obligations owed to the platform.

Voluntary Closure: Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting nbaze support via live chat. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance (excluding bonus credits and their derived winnings) will be returned to the Player's registered payment method after standard processing time. Voluntary closure is immediate for responsible gaming reasons and subject to standard processing for other reasons.

Dormant Accounts: An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. nbaze will send a notification to the registered email address 30 days prior to dormancy classification. A monthly administrative fee of ৳50 may be deducted from the balance of a dormant account. Where a dormant account balance reaches ৳0, the account will be permanently closed. Players may reactivate a dormant account by logging in at any time before the balance reaches ৳0.
